1 Introduction & Consent

3111 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service, operated via the website https://3111.world and its associated mobile applications. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 3111 and its members.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may only open one account on 3111. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. Do not allow others to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact 3111 Support immediately.

• Accurate name, date of birth, and contact details are required at registration.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or rented.
• Accounts opened with false information may be closed at any time.
• Large withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

All 3111 services are exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Failure to provide valid proof of age during verification may result in temporary or permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 3111 must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may trigger an account investigation.

• Minimum deposit ৳100 and minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• 3111 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals (crypto network fees excepted).
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash/Nagad 15–30 minutes, bank transfer 1–4 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000.
• Bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if a transaction is under review for suspicious activity.

3111 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request in the interest of financial security. Under normal circumstances this will not cause any delay, however additional verification may be required if unusual activity is detected.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawing a bonus generally requires completing a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x (varies by offer).
• A promotion cannot be used more than once or across multiple accounts.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game when bets are placed using bonus funds.
• 3111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion — advance notice will be provided where possible.
• Where bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

When placing a bet on 3111, the odds and rules displayed on screen at the time of the bet apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, 3111 may void or review a bet.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, stakes are generally refunded (subject to specific market conditions).
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• Placing simultaneous bets on opposing markets within the same event ("arbing") is prohibited.
• 3111's odds-setting process and decisions are final.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may request account closure at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, self-exclusion is also available — either for a set period or permanently. All such requests are honoured by 3111.

3111 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — unless forfeiture is required due to a violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

3111 makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems. Should any such disruption affect a bet or game, 3111 will work to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.

3111 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting outcomes — these are the result of the member's own voluntary decisions. 3111 always encourages responsible gaming.

10 Changes to Terms & Governing Law

3111 may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members at least 7 days in advance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of 3111's licensing authority. Any dispute will first be referred to 3111's support team for resolution. If unresolved, the matter will proceed through the licensing authority's formal dispute resolution process.
